Review this policy before authorizing a one-time digital purchase.
Digital products
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, purchases are final once digital access is granted or delivery begins. The checkout identifies the product, currency, amount, access duration, and whether a support window is included.
Before purchasing
Review the curriculum, technical requirements, support dates, lifetime-access definition, and product boundaries. Contact support before payment if access details or the appropriate product are unclear.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Report a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or payment made without authorization promptly. Include the purchasing email and receipt or payment reference, but never send full card details.
Service failure
If verified paid access is not provisioned, support will first attempt to restore or manually grant the purchased entitlement. This does not limit any remedy that applicable consumer law requires.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy waives cooling-off, conformity, refund, chargeback, or other protections that cannot legally be waived. If a statutory exception or consent is required for immediate digital delivery, it must be presented at checkout by the seller or payment provider.
