Terms of service
These terms govern access to the AI Funnel Builder digital courses, community, downloads, and supported challenge services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, use the purchasing email assigned to you, and keep access to your identity-provider account secure. Access is licensed to one person and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written approval.
2. Digital access
A purchase grants the entitlements described at checkout. “Lifetime” means access for the supported life of the applicable digital product while your account remains active and compliant; it does not promise that every technology, community, live service, or file format will operate forever.
3. Supported challenge windows
Coaching, feedback, community participation, and live sessions are available only during the dates stated for the purchased cohort. Course materials and designated downloads may remain available after support ends when the applicable entitlement says so.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload credentials, regulated data, unnecessary personal information, unlawful content, malware, or material you lack permission to use. Do not scrape member data, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, harass members, or use community access to solicit them without permission.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials, templates, videos, and platform content are licensed for your personal learning and permitted client work. You may not republish, sublicense, sell, or distribute the underlying training library or member-only materials.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices, currency, taxes, and the total charge are shown before payment by the payment provider. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
7. No outcome guarantee
Training and feedback are educational. We do not guarantee income, clients, employment, business performance, platform availability without interruption, or fitness for a particular commercial or legal purpose. You remain responsible for professional judgment and every output you publish.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect members, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to request review.
9. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss and does not include indirect business loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be dated and communicated through an appropriate channel.
